Kathy Vasilopulos

Kathy Vasilopulos has been with Donor Network West as the Vice President of Hospital Development and Family Services since August of 2019. Beginning as a cardiovascular ICU nurse, she later joined other healthcare entities in business startup, staffing and recruitment, and project management. Vasilopulos’s career in the organ and procurement industry started in 2009 at Gift of Hope in Illinois. She proceeded to serve as OneLegacy’s Vice President of Organ Operations in Los Angeles.

Vasilopulos has a Bachelors in the Science of Nursing from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is also a Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator and a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist. Born and raised in Chicago, Kathy is a die-hard Cubs fan.
